 This episode was really a lot of fun.

It was shot the day before Hurricane Irene actually touched

ground.

The vendors are all very well versed in their products and I was

 left with a pleasant dilemma...almost too much information :)

I had already shot the canning process of making my pickles for

added flavor.

The challenge was to make it all fit into a half hour episode.
